Love the poster. I've done something similar with my primary students. Instead of lists, we drew a large-sized teacher and student. Then, we talked about what my eyes, hands, brain, and mouth should be doing. We labeled this chart "My Jobs". Then, we did the same thing for the student chart and labeled it "Your Jobs".
